youssef badaoui completed Amazon Robotics - Black-Friday Fleet Coordination

Built an end-to-end Amazon Robotics fleet-coordination solution for Black Friday surge conditions. Framed the bottleneck as aisle congestion and dock contention, implemented cooperative A* with a centralized reservation table that prevents vertex and edge collisions, and validated a realistic operating policy with staggered charging and dispersed idle parking. Backed the recommendation with simulator evidence showing zero collisions, no deadlocks, and a clear throughput trade-off curve.
