One of a kind: the hackathon, rebuilt as a digital experience.

Every challenge in the New Day AI Fest is an interactive lab that ProoV builds by hand around your problem and your tools, with an AI mentor inside and every submission scored against your rubric. It is the format ProoV runs every day, opened up as a three-month season for companies and talent everywhere.

What the New Day AI Fest does for your company.

  • Your brand, inside a hands-on challenge

People spend two to three hours inside a problem from your field, with your name and logo on it, and rate it when they finish.

  • Product curiosity, turned into use

We build a lab on your tool or API, and people learn it by doing real tasks in it. You get start, progress and completion data.

  • Fresh ideas on your problems

Put an open question from your field to people outside your company, without sharing any data, and read the best answers first.

  • People who have solved a problem like yours

See who did the strongest work on your kind of problem, each with a scorecard, before you review a CV.

At the end of the season you get a scored shortlist of the strongest participants, a written summary of the best approaches, and start-to-finish usage data for your labs.

IBM Bobathon 2026

A digital hackathon on IBM Bob, IBM’s AI coding agent: fix a bug that quietly returns the wrong answer. Pass, and IBM awards the certificate.

980+ people have enrolled, and 230+ of them rated it 4.5 out of 5.

Questions partners ask.

How much time does it take from our team?

A short call to agree each brief, then about fifteen minutes to approve each challenge and its rubric before launch. Joining as a judge or giving a live session is optional and always welcome. ProoV does the building, the running and the scoring.

Do we have to share any of our data?

No. Every challenge runs on demo data or public information that we prepare, so nothing confidential leaves your company.

Who takes part?

Students and graduates from 80+ countries who are already on ProoV, and anyone you invite through your own channels. Anyone can join, and there is no cap on numbers.

How is the work judged?

ProoV’s AI evaluator scores every submission against the rubric you approved, and a person checks anything it flags before a certificate is issued. You see the ranking and pick your winners from the top of it.

Who owns what participants build?

Participants keep the rights to what they submit, as ProoV’s terms set out. If you want to take a piece of work further, we agree the next step with you and the person behind it.

How does the co-marketing work?

ProoV announces the fest and every partner’s challenges to its community by email, on the homepage and on LinkedIn. You share your challenges through your own channels. We give you the posts, images and links ready to use, and we agree the dates with you.

What does it cost?

What sets the fee: the number of labs you run, one to five, and how much of each we build to your brief. What comes with every lab: the build, the three-month season, AI scoring of every submission and the joint promotion. There is no fee per participant, and after May your labs stay live on ProoV. We go through the figures with you on the first call.

Reserve one of 12 places.

Each lab is built by hand around your tools, so the fest has room for 12 companies. Tell us your field and who you want to reach, and within two working days we send you a first draft of your challenges and hold your place while you decide.

  1. You tell us your field and audience. It takes two minutes.
  2. We send a first draft of your challenges within two working days.
  3. A short call to agree the briefs, the timeline and the fee. Nothing is signed until then.
