Kailash Srungavarapu completed AI-Assisted Code Modernization with IBM

Built and verified an end-to-end modernization of the KM-Waechter service: fixed the wear calculation, handled missing service readings safely, corrected the nightly report’s average and crash path, and swept the helper modules to catch a hidden mileage-conversion bug. Also added the missing regression test, produced a data-driven breakdown-risk analysis from fleet_history.csv, and documented the agent review process in NOTES.md with independent acceptance checks.
