darshith shetty completed Supply Chain Optimization with SAP Business AI

Built a focused supply-chain rescue case for a fictional SAP manufacturer: identified the true single-source bottleneck, quantified the idle-line cost, and proposed a Joule-style copilot that reads live supplier health, inventory cover, open POs, and port status to surface the single best next action. The design includes clear human-in-the-loop guardrails, honest ROI sizing, and a board-ready pilot ask aimed at cutting detection-to-mitigation to under one day.
