Krishna Alaparthi completed AI-Assisted Code Modernization with IBM

Built and verified a legacy Python service modernization end to end: fixed the wear calculation so nearly-due cars are flagged, handled missing service history safely, corrected the nightly report, and swept a quiet helper bug in km_to_miles. Also added the missing regression test, wrote a data-driven breakdown-risk analysis, and documented the AI agent’s mistakes and the checks used to catch them.
