Built an end-to-end demand forecasting analysis on 9,648 historical transactions: cleaned and resampled the sales history, explored regional and product patterns, decomposed the monthly series to confirm trend and seasonality, and benchmarked moving average, linear regression, and SARIMA models with honest train/test evaluation. SARIMA emerged as the strongest forecast, and the work concluded with a concise executive recommendation for Q1 inventory planning.
