Built an end-to-end Amazon Robotics fleet-coordination prototype for Black Friday surge operations. Framed the real bottleneck as aisle congestion and dock contention, implemented A* and centralized reservation-table cooperative planning with vertex and edge protections, then validated staggered charging and dispersed idle parking in simulation to sustain throughput with zero collisions. Delivered an executive-ready pilot recommendation grounded in measured orders/hour, wait time, and safety outcomes.
