Built a supply-chain rescue concept for a fictional SAP manufacturer: identified the true bottleneck as a single-sourced critical component with only ~2 weeks of cover, designed a Joule-style copilot that reads live supplier and inventory signals to surface the next best action, and defined human-in-the-loop guardrails for high-stakes decisions. Also framed the business case with an explicit idle-day cost and a bounded 2-person, 60-day pilot ask.
