Ananya Narasimhan completed Amazon Robotics - Black-Friday Fleet Coordination

Built an end-to-end Amazon Robotics coordination proposal for Black Friday surge operations. The work framed the bottleneck as aisle congestion and dock contention, implemented admissible A* plus a centralized reservation-table planner with vertex and edge collision prevention, and validated staggered charging and dispersed idle parking in simulation. The final memo translated the results into a concrete single-zone pilot ask for leadership.
