Mishika Chauhan completed Amazon Robotics - Black-Friday Fleet Coordination

Built an end-to-end Amazon Robotics fleet-coordination prototype: framed the bottleneck as aisle congestion and dock contention, implemented A* with Manhattan heuristic, extended it to centralized cooperative planning with vertex and edge reservations, and validated a realistic policy using simulator data. The final pitch anchored the recommendation in throughput, collision-free operation, and a scoped pilot ask for leadership.
