Pranav Gaikwad completed Legacy Code Modernization Sprint with IBM

Built and verified a full legacy-service repair for KM-Waechter: fixed the wear calculation with true division, handled missing service readings safely, corrected the fleet report’s average and crash path, and preserved the original 15000 km / 80% rules. Also added the missing regression test, modernized the code style, and wrote a data-driven risk analysis that ranks cars by breakdown likelihood using the factors the dataset actually supports.
