Built an end-to-end demand forecasting analysis on 9,648 historical transactions: cleaned and resampled sales into a monthly series, explored regional/product/channel patterns, decomposed trend and seasonality, and benchmarked moving average, linear regression, and SARIMA models with honest train/test evaluation. The final recommendation prioritized West-region inventory planning based on the strongest forecast and revenue concentration.
