Built a working KM-Waechter repair and modernization pass end to end: corrected the service-wear calculation, handled missing readings safely, fixed the nightly report’s average and crash path, and found the hidden mileage-conversion bug in the helper layer. Also added a data-driven breakdown-risk analysis that ranks cars by operational risk using the factors the dataset actually supports.
