Built a working modernization of the KM-Waechter legacy repo end to end: fixed the service-wear logic, handled missing readings safely, corrected the nightly report’s average and crash path, and swept the helper modules for a hidden mileage-conversion bug. Also added the missing regression test, verified the repo with the acceptance script, and produced a data-driven breakdown-risk analysis based on the fleet history data.
