Built a full warehouse-robot coordination prototype end to end: modeled the FC as a grid world, implemented admissible A* search, extended it to cooperative multi-agent planning with a centralized reservation table that blocks both vertex and edge collisions, and tuned fleet policy with staggered charging and dispersed idle parking. Validated the design in simulation with zero collisions and a clear throughput trade-off, then packaged the result into an executive pilot recommendation for operations leadership.
