Built an end-to-end warehouse robotics coordination prototype for Black Friday surge conditions: framed the operational bottleneck correctly, implemented optimal single-agent A* on a grid, extended it to centralized cooperative planning with vertex and edge reservations, and validated a realistic fleet policy with staggered charging and dispersed idle parking. The final simulation showed zero collisions and deadlocks while sustaining throughput, and the candidate translated that evidence into a concise pilot recommendation for operations leadership.
