Built a Black-Friday fleet coordination solution end to end: framed the bottleneck as aisle congestion and dock contention, implemented admissible Manhattan A* on a 4-connected grid, added a centralized reservation table with vertex and edge bookings to prevent collisions, and tuned charging/idle policies to sustain zero-collision throughput. The final pitch tied simulator evidence to a concrete pilot ask for one FC zone during a named surge event.
