Built an end-to-end commercial sponsorship analysis for FC Barcelona: calculated revenue mix and growth targets, selected the Americas segment based on sponsor value, assembled a €2.6M asset package within budget, and wrote a data-backed recommendation on ElectraX. The work shows practical use of segmentation, pricing, and KPI reporting, with explicit caveats where content reach lagged target.
