Built an end-to-end profit investigation that combined structured hypothesis framing, correct SQL analysis, root-cause prioritization, and executive communication. The work identified raw-material inflation, logistics inefficiency, and discounting as the main margin drivers, then translated those findings into a recovery forecast, prioritized recommendations, and a board-level summary.
