What the job asks for

What you would do

  • Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von B2B-Sponsoring-Maßnahmen
  • Betreuung des Sponsoring-Postfachs sowie Prüfung und Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen
  • Koordination von Business-Netzwerken und Sponsoring-Kooperationen sowie Erstellung von Präsentations- und Kommunikationsunterlagen
  • Organisation des Ticket- und Logenmanagements im Rahmen eines Fußballengagements, einschließlich Einladungsmanagement und Gästelisten
  • Unterstützung bei der administrativen Abwicklung von Pauschalversteuerungen und Compliance-Meldungen für Sponsoring- und Hospitality-Maßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Sponsoring- und Kundenevents sowie bei zugehörigen Reportings und Auswertungen

What they are asking for

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Sport- oder Eventmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Reststudiendauer von mindestens einem Jahr
  • Interesse an Sponsoring und B2B-Kommunikation
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit sowie strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und professionelles Auftreten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
