- You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (please enclose a current certificate of enrollment andproof of compulsory internship )
- You have a very good command of German and English
- You have good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- You have a high degree of initiative, independence, flexibility and commitment
- You have strong communication and teamwork skills

About the employer
- For our Group company Deutsche Lufthansa AG we are looking for you as an intern in the HR Management Cabin Crews department.
- Participating in supporting and advising Frankfurt-based cabin crew members on HR-related matters
- Supporting specialist departments on HR, collective bargaining, and policy topics
- Gaining insights into operational HR management processes and collaborating with key stakeholders and co-determination bodies
- Assisting with HR projects and supporting the Head of Department on selected topics
- Collaborating closely with the HR Management Cabin Crews Munich team
- Gaining insights into the daily operations of cabin crew employees
- Supporting the team in day-to-day HR activities
- Gain practical experience by independently managing smaller HR processes and assignments
