Build a fintech startup with your team in one sitting. Design an instant euro-to-rupee transfer on digital public infrastructure (DPI), the open rails behind India’s UPI and Europe’s instant payments. Interview AI personas of the family, a bank and a currency partner, brainstorm with an AI mentor, build the payment flow from six DPI blocks in a sandbox that tests it for risk and compliance, prototype the app, and pitch it to a panel of a compliance officer, a currency lead and an investor.

What you'll learn
1
Learn the six blocks under every DPI
Every trusted exchange on public infrastructure, in money, energy or health records, rests on six blocks: identity, consent, discovery, exchange, settlement and audit. You see them at work on UPI and Europe’s instant payments, then sort which problems a rule already handles and which are still open for your team.
2
Design a service on public rails
Your team picks one problem in Arjun’s transfer and interviews the people in it: the family, a bank, a currency partner and a support lead. Then you build the flow block by block in a sandbox that runs it on your team’s own case. Each failed check names the block to fix, and three harder cases test it again.
3
Defend it like a product team
You turn the flow into a phone screen Arjun could tap, write one page a bank could act on, and face a panel: a compliance officer, a currency lead and an investor. Each member answers with the team’s own numbers, and each of you gets feedback on the team’s work and on your own part.
